ARE YOU A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL LOOKING FOR A JOB?

ELCCC is always growing and looking for fully licensed professionals (LPC’s, LMFT’s, LCSW’s, psychologists, or Psychiatrists) who are interested in working on our team. The appropriate candidate will:

  1. Be fully licensed and eligible for insurance panels.

  2. Be familiar with, trained in, and/or experienced in spiritual integration (McMinn, Entwistle, etc.)

  3. Have a personality that lends itself to connecting with clients and working as a ministry team.

  4. Enjoy working independently and showing initiative, but as a part of a team/family.

  5. Understand that they will be building their own business within the structure of ELCCC.

  6. Be prepared to work as an independent contractor.

  7. Candidates will have attended training in Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery and believe in the model and want to promote trauma recovery with their clients. If they have not attended prior to application, they will have a plan for attending at their own expense with-in 6 months of signing a contract with ELCCC.

  8. Candidates will be familiar with and believe in the mission and vision of ELCCC and be willing to agree to the statement of faith.

ARE YOU A STUDENT LOOKING FOR A PRACTICUM OR INTERNSHIP?

ELCCC is a teaching center and welcomes student applications for practicums and internships. Please send a resume and letter of interest with your school requirements and plans to Melissa.Smith.ELCCC@gmail.com or drcolson@eagleslandingchristiancounseling.com. We receive many requests and can't take everyone, so get your request in early and we will send you more information about what we are looking for in a student participant. 

Some of our requirements are: 

  1. Participation in the 12STR three-day training before your practicum/internship start date.

  2. Pursuit of an advanced degree in counseling or a similar degree. We are unable to accommodate social work or marriage and family therapy at this time.

  3. Participation in and payment for our electronic health record.

Denice Colson, MS, LPC, MAC, CPCS, CCS offers outside (not working for ELCCC) professional supervision toward licensure for professional counselors and toward certification for addiction counselors.
